We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and local exclusions below.
1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Standard Shipping (Orders under $200): $12.00 flat rate.
- Bulky Items Shipping (Dog Beds): $20.00 flat rate.
- Free Shipping: Available on all standard orders of $200.00 and over.
2. Delivery Exclusions (PO Boxes & Outer Islands)
Please note the following delivery restrictions before placing your order:
- PO Boxes: We cannot ship any orders to a PO Box address. A physical residential or business address must be provided.
- Outer Islands: We currently do not deliver to New Zealand's outer islands, including Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Chatham Island, and Stewart Island.
3. Delivery Timeframes & Carrier
Our online orders are handled and delivered by NZ Couriers.
- Standard Delivery Timeframe: 2–7 business days.
- Peak Promotional / Sale Periods: 3–14 business days.
Once your order has been successfully collected by the courier provider from our warehouse, we estimate you will receive your delivery within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for Rural Deliveries (RD addresses).
4. Shipping Terms & Dispatch Conditions
- Items will be delivered strictly to the delivery address stated on the order. We deliver to private residences, business addresses, and designated package stores.
- Dispatches are made from our warehouse on weekdays only. We are closed on weekends and public holidays; order processing and dispatch may be delayed during these times.
- Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon arrival unless you have given us prior Authority to Leave (ATL), or you have an active ATL agreement set up for your delivery address.
